Contributions or gifts to The Friends of Fishers Political Action Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal or State income tax purposes. Contributions may be made by an individual, business, profit or non-profit corporation, trade association, labor organization, regular party committee, candidate’s committee, or any other type of organization. Funds received in response to this solicitation are subject to Indiana contribution limits and prohibitions. State law requires the Committee to use its best efforts to obtain the name and mailing address, for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year.
